Notice

Effective December 1, 2007 the name of the firm was changed from Welch & Company LLP to Welch LLP. This change has been duly registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO). There has been no change to the physical location of the offices, ownership structure or the management of the firm as a result of this change. No further changes have taken place with suppliers, banking arrangements or any insurance coverages other than notifications of the name change as required.
