Bill has been a Partner with Welch LLP since 1977. He has significant experience working with new companies undergoing rapid growth and expansion. He understands the challenges these companies face, and has been very successful in advising owners in the management of their businesses.

As Engagement Partner for a variety of businesses and not-for-profit organizations, Bill's primary responsibilities include planning and overseeing Welch LLP's auditing and business coaching services to his clients. He ensures that Welch LLP provides service that is meeting its client's needs - on time and on budget.

Outside the office, Bill is involved with organizations such as the United Way and the Sisters of Charity of Ottawa Health Service Foundation.
