On Friday, October 26th, Welch LLP was proud to have Partner, Ryan Dostie, featured on a panel speaking on “Real Estate- Whether to Lease or Purchase & Best Structure to Hold Commercial Real Estate”. He was accompanied by Benoit Paquet from RBC, and Daniel Niedra from CRBE. Ryan presented on how to prepare for financing on owner-occupied properties, the effects of financing through operating companies and holding companies, and highlighted the tax consequences and benefits of both options.
