As individuals, as an organization and as a community, we continue to learn and adapt to the challenges presented during these unprecedented times.

With over one hundred years of history, Welch has survived the 1918 pandemic, World Wars I and II, and now we will survive Covid-19.  We learned, we adapted and we survived these events. Our plan is to continue that history of perseverance and make our way through this pandemic.

One of our top priorities continues to be the health, safety and security of all of our employees.

With this in mind, the firm transitioned to an almost complete remote work environment very quickly. We continue to learn from this experience.

Our Team Members.  We are giving our team members as much flexibility as possible to accommodate their ability to balance family, work and much-needed rest.

Our Clients. The needs of our clients are at the forefront of our concerns. We have teams that are continually strategizing ways to best help our clients through this difficult time.

• Welch has created an Economic Survival/Recovery SWAT Team to assist our clients in navigating through the “Survival” stage and ultimately emerging strong for the “Recovery” stage of this pandemic.

Our Communities. We are contributing where we can to support the communities in which we live and work.  We will continue to make an impact wherever we can.

We feel fortunate to be in the communities we are situated in. We are optimistic about the future – there will be ongoing challenges, however, we know that Welch, our people and our communities will emerge from the pandemic’s challenges and that brighter days are ahead.
